We are looking for a new team member with a background (and ideally work experience) in the field of mineral secondary raw materials and quality management .

 

We are a small team of architects, materials engineers and the Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics and are looking for a quality manager to build our supply chain for secondary raw materials, the lifeblood of our product.

 

Who we are looking for:

You want to break the current linear approach to dealing with mineral materials, recognize their value, and are experienced or motivated to make this raw material stream available on a large scale.

Ideally, you have experience in recycling and quality management, initial professional or relevant practical experience, and understand chemical properties and compositions.

You are eager to tackle the challenges of the industry with a fresh, entrepreneurial approach.

 

Your role:

You will be in charge of our quality management.

You will network with recycling companies, manufacturers, and our R&D team, digitize our supply chain, and manage the availability and quality control of secondary raw materials. Together, we will determine how to ensure a consistent and high-quality supply of secondary raw materials, build long-term partnerships with recycling companies, and thus make mineral demolition waste the new standard resource in the construction industry.

 

You should bring the following:

• Ambition and willingness to actively contribute your time and energy

• Familiarity with the logic, language, and regulatory requirements of the recycling and construction materials industry

• Enthusiasm for leading quality management, building our supplier network, and contributing to market launches.
